PRLog (Press Release) – May 09, 2011 – New York, NY – Finnair is seeking to recruit twelve Finnair Service Angels for summer work to serve and assist customers at Helsinki Airport. Finnair is offering work for decisive, service-oriented individuals, with the promise of interesting and diverse duties in Finland's most international environment.
"Our goal is to develop our service continuously and to offer our customers Peace of Mind, care and attention at every stage of their journey. The Finnair Service Angel's task will be to guide, direct and entertain our customers at Helsinki Airport," says Minna Toiviainen, Vice President, Finnair Ground Customer Service.
In accordance with Finnair's customer promise Designed for You Service Angels will also be expected to display resourcefulness, creativity, attentiveness and capability to take into account customers' needs.

The Finnair Service Angels' recruitment process will have two stages.
